I choose the road less traveled

Maybe you and me and Matt should just plan this and then make an announcment. Anytime after Matts' out of school is cool with me. So, June, July, or August. You probably know the area out there so, maybe you could recomend some sites. I'm all over this!!!

Lets talk more about this off the forum. I'd be willing to do a weekend thing to check it out If Matts up for it. If not, maybe someone else would like to help put this together. I have already commited all of my vacation time for the year and would have to do some juggling to make it work but I think I could work something out. We have a while to plan so if we even had to wait for Matt untill Christmas break it may be ok but, would make the final planning a little more hectic.

On second thought, I had made plans to go to Michigans' U.P. next month (20th thru 26th) but perhaps could reschedule that and come your way. I'll check the availability of the cabin later in the year and let you know if I can delay that trip.

Looks like we are still debating the location. When we narrow it down we can make plans for a site review. Looks like Barstow may not stick which is ok if we can get more participation by making it more central. I'll be out your way someday anyway to see my brother in Carlsbad CA and maybe we can get togther then. So for now I'm just gonna hang loose and see what shakes out.

I have some contacts in S. Cali if this happens next year and you guys wanna make a meet of this. Maybe find a house to rent somewhere out there for a week. I have done Ocotillo, Los Coyotes, Joshua Tree and Big Bear.

Peace!
