I definately like the overall view of the site. Its a more approachable look.

There is no doubt about that in the slightest. I'm sure anyone coming to the site for the first time would be able to find everything in a couple minutes max. Some of the other feautres maybe a couple days, but the overall factor is 100 percent across the board. Clapping!
