forgot to mention the last pic in the series is the scrap that was cut off.. about an inch.
all it took , 1 in. tape to lay out the lines and a circular saw with a metal cutting blade.a file for the burs Cool

nice! youre just as intriquately anal about a clean job as i am  Grin i hate hack-job put together stuff. ill spend the extra money, time, and effort just to make things clean..... even on things that wont even show.

 that's the difference between winning and losing on the track , in the field(i.e. making it off the trail in one unbroken piece) and at the truck show....... details....details....details !
