Just a thought, I mean, there are only a few Taco enthusiast groups, but we have an upper hand as being that we are TRD, so we take all Toyota Off Road trucks..... might be a way to get some more members here?

OK, just out of curiosity, how does TRD = all toyota off road trucks? To me TRD is just the package and the particulars that come with it yet there's a ton of off road  toys that aren't TRD. Plus this isn't the only all toyota off road group so not sure why being TRD gives the upper hand.

Like I said, just curious and wanting to understand as I saw a similar comment before.

We could try and see if anyone bites the hook... TRD, to me, just refers to Toyota Racing Development, which could encompass any kind of Toyota truck or car.  Since it's TRDoffroad, that kind of clarifies that it's for trucks or 4wd's.  I don't know - maybe I don't make any sense.  Tongue

Ah. I see. I was just thinking that when I think of TRDoffroad I also think of the racing development trucks with special things (like the lockers) which leaves out many of the older ones and ones that don't have the extra goodies. Then again, I started with Toy 4x4 trucks before TRD was big outside of racing. (never even heard of TRD when I bought my first Toy 4x4! lol!) I'm thinking the interpretation may be an age thing! Tongue (out of 3 Toy trucks that's gone through my family my current one is the only TRD and they've all been offroad built!)

That's ok, matt.  I hadn't ever used it until about a month ago.  It's pretty easy, but I haven't done much with mine.  Here's a link to my MySpace page, if you want to see what it's like...
