" TOYS " for all ages!!!

When I buy the 94 Pickup I need to decide what to buy as far as suspension or body. I'm not going to put anything larger then 31 or 32s on the truck, but I want a little something to set it off. I know I'm going to do the basics. You know ... all the lights conversions, tint, exhaust, and deckplate...but it's a toss up for these things. The truck is only gonig to have right at 100K on the engine which from my understanding is basically a baby. I know I want to buy the LCE pro head along with header back exhaust. Which from what SD YODA has told me would make it just about bullet proof and able to out live me. lol.

My question is as follows: Would you do a Suspension/Body Lift along with Rims/Tires/Lights or go ahead with the engine mods and worry about the rest as they are able to be purchased Huh??

if ya wanna go bomb proof LT up front.............. you could always do total chaos front 14 LT suspension, and then switch your stock cv's to T-100 4x4 cv's so you can run the 4wd stuff with no problems. plus the T-100 cv's are not only longer but, are a bit beefier too.  do i have to answer everything for you youngns' ?  Grin

oh, as far as rear...... you may wanna go cheap and do chevy 1/2 ton 63" inch rear leafs with some good shocks and you'll be set. there ya go, long travel truck all ready maped out for you.

I dont know what you mean by youngins because I'm no where near a youngin when it comes to owning a toyota. I know what I want. that's not the question in hand at the moment. I was asking which one to do first. That's something that I dont want at all. I dont need all that suspension stuff. If I wanted to spend that much money I would rather do an SAS.

Could we stick on topic please...I mean really...gosh !!!!! LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL

Hahaha we're gonna get the truck as soon as mine sells.  I have a guy soming to look at it tomorrow, plus I already have 17 bids on the eBay relisting.  I am holding money on it (no pun intended) that it'll be sold by this weekend.

And then... let the good times roll.  Cheesy

I would say go either Bilstein or OME for suspension.  I have always had the best luck and heard the best things about those two brands.  Also, if you're willing to put up the money, I'd look into an ARB bull bar.  Those things are hot.  I'm planning on getting one for your truck once I get it, and get some more money.

Well there is buying the truck I know, but that all comes with time. I like to have an idea of what I wanna do which helps me decide what to buy. I mean doesn't everyone do that or is that just me?

The only problem with those types of lift is that they dont make anything for my truck. I dont want to go 4 inches because I"m only going with 31s or 32s. That's why I wanted to go with maybe a 2inch body lift or a 1.5 inch lift from NWOR. Those are the only things that I can think of anyways.

well the front may be a problem with only 2 inches of lift but the rear wouldnt.... id suggest doing fiberglass fenders up front that flare a minimum 2 inches that way you can get a good ride but not have to jack it way up there. a minor pinch weld cut and you should clear 32's no sweat!

your nuts...there is no way you need that much stuff to only clear 32s. I had 32s on a 3 inch body lift and then took off front vallence and put 35s for a couple months. I think I would be good with the 1.5 inch suspension and some 32x10.50(11)x16. I'm going metric so I don't know exact sizes when it comes to that kind of stuff.

265/75/16 is the crossover for 32's in metric. yea, 1.5 inches should be enough but im just sayin if ya wanted garanteed assurance it would never rub you could go that route.
