Hey how do you make a post in the Members Rigs area?

That's part of the old version of the site, used to you uploaded your pictures and then selected which one you want in the rigs section, I'm about 90% done with new gallery software to replace what's there now, once that's done you'll be able once again to select your picture and add it to the rigs section.
