New Member E-Mails

My web host is in the process of upgrading it's email servers and I believe that is the reason why some new members have signed up but have not yet activated their accounts. It could be that they are not recieving the emails from the site.  I have temporarily removed that requirement so you may now sign up without activation until that issue is resolved.

If you were one of those new members, please try to sign up again.
