I decided to not do the "safety switch" mentioned above,  but, I didnt like that the diff-lock switch was next to the fog light switch, as I could see myself fat-fingering the fogs while driving and hitting the diff lock.

so....

I changed the position of the diff lock and inverter switches, so now the inverter switch is in the middle, and the diff lock is on the right.

simple to do:
1 gently 'pluck' out the diff-lock and inverter switches with a small flat blade driver or knife
2 disconnect harnesses
3 switcheroo the holes the connectors come through
4 shave off the plastic "index" on the switches
   they are "keyed" to go into specific locations
5 reconnect switches and harness connectors
6 insert into place - there is still enough friction to hold the switches in place
