LIFE.... just gets in the way of LIVING!!!

i have a 58 willys jeep with the original straight 4, it starts and will run if i keep my foot on the peddle but it sorta has a jerk to it when i keep it at a low idle and usually dies... do you guys have any idea what it could be???

could be a vacuum leak or the carb jets may be plugged.
