33/11.5/15 or 285/75/16?

is anybody running 33/11.5 on there rig with a 3 inch lift? if so how do you like it? i have been looking at tires for a while and saw a taco running the 33's and i liked the look of it alot. what do you guys prefer or recomend?

My last tires were 285/75X16 BFG All Terrains. Great tire and pretty popular size for our trucks. There are some minor clearance issues. I didn't look to see what year truck you have but 'm not sure you can go that size with a stock set-up. Mine has 2-1/2" susension lift via coilovers and Deavers and I still had to do the "pinch weld" mod. They still rubbed the frame at full turn but it wasn't too bad.

i have an 03 with a leveling kit right now but i wanna get a 3" coilover lift with AAL from toytec, just not sure about the size tires i want. i meant to put 33/12.5/15 the actual size shows that its 32.5, i like the wide look and i want something around 32" or 33". any other sizes you wou would suggest?

Your wheels are 15? The 285/75X16 are pretty decent if you want something a little taller and wider. I liked mine a lot. I went with 255/85X16 this time which are about 33.2 but a little narrower.

the set i have on now are 265/75/16. are the pictures you have of your truck in the photo gallery with the 285/16? i just saw a truck running the 33/12.5/15s and it looked really nice so i started thinking about what i wanted to do since my tires are getting pretty worn down.

Most of them yes. I got them after the lift so anything before that (or of the lift)  are somthing else. This one is with the 285's
