I might try the #70 spring trick, IF that's where the squeak is coming from.  Although I don't think it's coming from there.

I'm curious as to what this #70 spring trick is....?

I've been researching the squeaky clutch problem on TTORA and it's very common among us manual Tacoma owners.

you take out the clutch helper spring completely and do a make shift spring install.  Then your clutch setup is similar to your brake pedal setup.

here's another link where the idea originated, I guess.  There are other ways to fix the problem (remove spring only, and it feels like an '85 toyota... lube with white lithium grease, etc etc.. just look on TTORA and search "squeaky clutch".. i found a ton of threads):
