In case some of you haven't heard the news Paragon ORV may possibly be in trouble. Here's the link to what has happened and the details that are available.
http://paragonap.com/forum/showthread.php?t=11673&page=1&pp=20

This is NOT definite but it's a big legal battle at this time.
We need to join up with the ATV and Motocross communities as well as anyone involved with off-roading to show ALL our support.

3 CAT scans an MRI and some time with the shrink. It's confirmed. I'm just not right in the head.

figures...... shit like this happens.

people using public land for off-roading purposes get reamed royaly as owners of the land bend at the opportunity to sell it cus developers offer top bux for it. they see that they gain little or no profit from people using it for recreation and to sell it off is a major profit.

I don't know that it will help but it can't hurt. Please  take a minute to sign the petition to stop the closing.

Not at all. This Sunday is most likely going to be the last time we get to run those trails. Cry Thumbs Down Rivers It completely sucks!

Well Sunday was a sad day. We went out to hit the trails but with 5" of snow that sat on top of the layers of ice. It was a very difficult day on the trail. We were only able to complete 2 trails. The carnage count well let's just say it was EVERYWHERE!

On a good note Kyle and Steph(owners of Paragon) may have found another piece of property to purchase near Scranton PA.
