anyone know a good way to get rusted like hell bolts loose?

I'm talking about the ones holding the OEM upstream o/2 sensor in....

I got my part from URD and went to swap it out, but these suckers are on effing tight, and the rust doesn't help!

The trick to removing rusted bolts is patience. Get a good penetrating oil (NOT WD) soak them down and let them sit overnight (or as long as possible) then when you go to take them out try tightening them first. Just slightly, only enough that they move, then work them slowly back and forth from loosening to tightening gaining a quarter turn or so each time. If they start getting hot to the touch you are loosening them to far (or going too fast) and they will break. Take your time, it's easier that drilling and tapping a broken bolt, and they will come out. I used this method on a 58 Ford and never broke or stripped a single bolt. If you have a small propane torch you can try heating the metal around the bolt (not the bolt itself as heat makes metal expand and you want the metal surrounding the bolt rather than the bolt to expand) then turn it out, again using a bucket O patience. Good luck! I hope this helps.

I rebuilt a '66 VW bus last year...talk about some rusted bolts!  Here's how I attacked each bolt in order until something worked...

1)PB Blaster for 15 minutes
2)PB Blaster for an hour
3)PB Blaster for an hour, some cussing, some more PB Blaster
4)propane torch on the metal around it, then IMMEDIATELY try working it loose, once the metal contracts again the heat is useless.
5)(I'm not kidding this worked a couple times...)Vice grips with sharp teeth, then beat the vice grips with a rubber mallet.  It destroys the bolt, but usually breaks it loose without breaking the head off.
6)curse at it, throw stuff, come up with reasons all germans are evil, make up new words, repeat steps 1-5
7)Say screw it, grab a drill & drill the thing out (only had to do that on 2 bolts out of the whole bus)

Well to get these off nearly a month ago, haha

I soaked them in Liquid Wrench every night for like a week.  Then, with some ViseGrips, they broke loose.
