ok so i posted some stuff on here before about my 85 22re and now it is a new motor and hasn't had any problems, now i have an 88 22re, my DD Azn but it has been sitting for a long time and here is my problem, it sounds like it is drownding and runs like crap has no power, we got it running pretty good today but after letting it sit and then going to start it agian is runs bad again and wont stay running, i have tried a new comp, map, tps, distributer, coil, wires, plugs, fuel filter, just bought a new 02 sensor, timing is set at 5, tried running no thermostat. what does it sound like to you guys? it was running good today and after i let it sit for 30 minutes or less then went to move it now it runs bad again and won't stay running. it sounds like it is drowning..thanks

any chance you can get me some audio? dont matter if its shitty so long as i can hear it. video format would be fine. being a RE i would look into fuel delivery. check everything in the system. you have ignition, and spark, now how much fuel do you have?? that drowning sound could be lack of fuel as well as too much of it.

for starters. take the plugs out and take a picture. show us the plugs, make sure the gap is set to factory spec. and inspect all 4 of em. if all looks good then check your MAS and make sure the sensor is clean, this may cause chaos if its dirty or clogged. then, make sure the throttle bodu is spotless and clean enough to eat off it. check those few things........ in alot of cases problems like these its something stupid simple. also...... HIGHLY RECOMENDED that you pick yourself up a bottle of either Sea Foam or lucas fuel treatment cleaner and dump it in the gas tank if it has in fact been sitting a  while. check in and tell us what develops.
