TRDOffroad.com does not require any personal information other than an active email address to use our services. This site is not in the business of collecting personal data for the purpose of selling it to third parties. Any information entered on this website will be kept confidential and will not purposely be provided to anyone without your approval. Other than your email address, any other personal information about you is optional.
Please use common sense and good judgement when posting to forums, profiles or sending personal messages. Photos that you upload are also no exception, they can be used to identify you so they are considered personal information. Any information given out is your responsibility. Even though we do not take responsibility for these actions, moderators will censor any information that we believe is too personal to be public, such as addresses, telephone numbers, etc. Personal Messages can not be moderated.
Newsletters:
TRDOffroad.com may from time-to-time send out newsletters to our members to remind them of services or to alert them to new features or news. Email will either come from @trdoffroad.com. We will NEVER send out spam or email to try to get you to buy a product or services. Other emails you might receive may include (but are not limited to) responses to an email you have sent us, notice of a breach of these Terms, or a password-reminder (at your request). If you do not wish to recieve these emails you have the right to terminate your membership.

TRDOffroad.com contains links to many other websites on the web, these include the links page and any postings by other members. We do not take responsibility for these links or the privacy policies of the sites that you enter from this site.

All IP addresses are logged and can be tracked on this website. These IP addresses do not link to any personal information other than your internet service provider. TRDOffroad.com uses this data to administer the site, ban abusive users, track errors, and to gather other info such as demographics and where links are coming from.
